En este contexto la formaci\u00f3n de recursos humanos al nivel de postgrado es un elemento clave en el aumento de la competitividad de los pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La Universidad del B\u00edo-B\u00edo al contar con las capacidades en recurso humano e infraestructura, ofrece una alternativa de perfeccionamiento en un contexto regional y nacional, como una entidad que aporta a la formaci\u00f3n de investigadores de alto nivel acad\u00e9mico y profesional en el \u00e1rea de ciencias e ingenier\u00eda en alimentos. Esto significar\u00e1 un aporte en la actualizaci\u00f3n y profundizaci\u00f3n de conocimientos en los posgraduados del \u00e1rea de alimentos. Para la cristalizaci\u00f3n de estos prop\u00f3sitos la modalidad del programa es DIURNO CON DEDICACION EXCLUSIVA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otra parte el programa se orienta a desarrollar y potenciar l\u00edneas de investigaci\u00f3n relacionadas con las necesidades actuales en la investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de Ciencias e Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBJETIVOS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>OBJETIVO GENERAL<\/strong><br>Ofrecer una instancia de especializaci\u00f3n a profesionales universitarios graduados en el \u00e1rea de Ciencias e Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos, con \u00e9nfasis en la capacidad de investigar y aplicar conocimiento en tem\u00e1ticas de Ingenier\u00eda de procesos y conservaci\u00f3n de alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>OBJETIVOS ESPEC\u00cdFICOS:<\/strong><br>El estudiante de Mag\u00edster deber\u00e1 desarrollar competencias para:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1. Ampliar y profundizar los conocimientos en Ciencias e Ingenier\u00eda en Alimentos.<br>2. Conocer y manejar nuevas metodolog\u00edas de investigaci\u00f3n en el \u00e1rea de Alimentos.<br>3. Comprender y aplicar modelos matem\u00e1ticos para predecir el comportamiento durante el procesamiento y conservaci\u00f3n de los alimentos.<br>4.
